In my opinion, combank will prepare you a lot better for level 3, especially if you are looking to get a 650+. Uworld prepares you well for step 3, but definitely not level 3. Combank questions are simply not of good quality and they're failing to adapt to the evolving comlex/comat style of questions. Combank is better for explanations, comquest looks more like the comlex itself. Did both, over the course of 8 weeks, about 2 hrs per day, plus master the boards for step 3. I've heard combank is better than comquest (i may have it switched) but still is a poor prognosticator. You definitely want to put in a little bit of time into comquest,. For comlex, combank feels closer to comlex but it's not great. Uworld feels exactly like step, so if you want to do better on step material i'd do that.
